Realme X9 Pro will be one of the first Dimensity 1200-powered phones
Realme will be one of the first smartphone makers to leverage the power of MediaTek’s new Dimensity 1200 chipset, Soon after the launch Realme confirmed that. The chipset is the first 6nm chipset from MediaTek and also Realme as well, so the company is equally excited about the power savings it will enable and the extra speed.
Realme is yet to confirm the name of its first Dimensity 1200 powered handset. The Realme X9 Pro will be the company’s first phone to arrive with the D1200 chip. The publication revealed that it will be sporting a 108-megapixel primary camera, and a pair of 13-megapixel sensors on its rear, probably for capturing ultrawide and telephoto shots.

The Dimensity 1200 octa-core chipset comprises one Cortex-A78 core working at 3.0GHz, three additional Cortex-A78 cores at 2.6GHz, and quad Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz. The SoC includes Mali-G77 MC9 GPU and it supports other features like APU 3.0, up to 16GB LPPDR4x RAM, UFS 2.1 storage, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-frequency GPS, up to 168Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ / Quad HD+ resolution, up to 32-megapixel + 16-megapixel dual cameras, up to 200-megapixel single camera, and up to 60fps 4K video shooting.
