Vivo V15 packs 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The handset offers a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with 90.95% screen-to-body ratio, On the camera front, the smartphone comes equipped with a 32MP pop-up selfie camera. This comprises of a 12MP Rear main camera with 8MP AI Super wide-angle camera with 120-degree field-of-view. There is also an additional 5MP depth camera for bokeh effect.

The Vivo V15 is powered by 12nm MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core processor and runs on FunTouch OS 9.0 operating system. The phone comes with Gaming Mode 5.0 along with Dual-Turbo mode and Competition Mode.

The battery is concerned, the handset packs 4000mAh battery with Vivo’s Dual-Engine fast charging technology. The Vivo V15 comes with gradient design at the back with an embossed spectrum ripple effect. Colour options are Topaz Blue, Glamour Red, Frozen Black, Royal Blue
